TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Booking and Payment
All booking fees are non-refundable.
You must accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Changes to Services
Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be approved in writing by both parties.
Fees and Invoices
You will receive an invoice for the performance fee and any additional services included in the booking confirmation.
The invoice must be paid by the due date listed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payments
Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 8% per year above the Bank of England base rate.
We may also charge reasonable costs associated with collecting late payments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 60 days before the event date will result in no fee.
Cancellations within 30-59 days of the event date will incur a 25% fee.
Cancellations within 15-29 days of the event date will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations less than 15 days before the event date will result in a full 100% fee.

Performance Venue
You are responsible for providing a suitable performance area for the artist(s).
If electrical equipment is used, you must also ensure there is an adequate power supply that meets industry standards.
Free Parking: While we cannot guarantee the availability of free parking at or near the venue, it is recommended that you inquire about parking options when finalizing the venue details.

Performance Requirements
Dressing Rooms: Where any Act is expected to wear stage clothing, you must provide adequate dressing room facilities. Public toilets are unacceptable.
Performance Schedule Changes: Any changes to the performance schedule will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
If changes are required on the day of the event, these changes should be discussed with the supplier where possible, otherwise agreement should be reached between you and the Act(s).
Performance Delays: If any Act is unable to complete a performance due to a delay in the start of the performance schedule, where such delay is no fault of the Act, you shall remain liable to pay the full Fee due.
Performance Extension: Should the Act(s) be required by you to extend the length of the performance, a further fee may be charged as agreed between the parties.
Performance Completion: An Act is not obligated to finish any performance that has started late due to your actions or to extend the length of any performance.

Additional Responsibilities
You must hold adequate insurance policies in respect of any engagement.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the Act(s) before the commencement of an engagement.

Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for the behaviour of their guests. This includes ensuring a respectful environment for all performers and staff.
Adult Supervision: The client is responsible for ensuring adult supervision of children throughout the event. Performers will interact with children as part of the performance, but adult guardians are ultimately responsible for their safety and well-being.
Supervision of Performers with Minors
For the safety of all involved, a designated adult from the client's side must be present whenever a performer interacts with anyone under the age of 16.

Zero Tolerance for Violence
We have a zero-tolerance policy for violence towards our performers and staff. This includes any physical assault, verbal threats, or abusive behaviour. Should any such incident occur, the performance will be stopped immediately, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
